Fill a PDF form without printing it

OneFileKit reads the interactive form fields (AcroForm) inside your PDF and lets you fill them directly on the page. Values are written back into the original document, so the layout, text and images stay as they were.

If your PDF has no fillable fields, you can add supported fields — text, text area, checkbox, radio, dropdown, date and image — and fill them in the same session.

An added signature image is a visual mark only. It is not a certified or cryptographic digital signature and does not prove who signed the document or whether it was changed afterwards. Use a dedicated e-signature service when you need legally verifiable signing.

Some PDFs use XFA forms, JavaScript-driven calculations or custom appearance rules. These can behave differently after filling, so always review the downloaded file before sending it.

Frequently asked questions

My PDF has no fillable fields. Can I still fill it?
Yes. Use the Add Field tools to place text, checkbox, radio, dropdown, date or image fields anywhere on the page, then fill and download.
What does “Flatten form fields” do?
Flattening turns the filled fields into fixed page content so they can no longer be edited. Leave it off if the recipient still needs to change values.
Is the signature a legally binding digital signature?
No. Adding a signature image is a visual mark only. It is not a certified or cryptographic digital signature. Use a dedicated e-signature service when you need verifiable signing.
Where is My Data stored?
Only in your browser's local storage on this device. It is never uploaded as part of My Data and is never sent to analytics. You can clear it at any time.
Can I fill a password-protected PDF?
If you enter the correct password we can open the file and create a filled copy. The password is used only for that session and is not stored.
