Convert CSV spreadsheets into printable PDF tables

OneFileKit CSV to PDF turns comma-, semicolon-, or tab-separated data into a printable PDF table. Upload your file, adjust page and table options, preview the first rows, then download a PDF you can share or print.

We render CSV values as plain text — formula-like cells beginning with =, +, -, or @ are not executed. Very wide or unusual CSVs may wrap or span pages; we do not claim perfect formatting for every possible file.

Frequently asked questions

  • Which CSV delimiters are supported?

Comma, semicolon and tab delimiters are detected automatically where practical. Quoted fields, escaped quotes, UTF-8 with BOM, and CRLF/LF line endings are supported.

  • Are spreadsheet formulas executed?

No. Values that look like formulas (starting with =, +, -, or @) are rendered as plain text in the PDF and never executed.

  • Can table headers repeat on each page?

Yes. Enable “Repeat header row on each page” so long tables keep column labels visible across pages.

  • What is the maximum file size?

By default, CSV to PDF accepts uploads up to 50MB, with configurable row, column and cell-length limits.
