Convert Excel to PDF online
OneFileKit Excel to PDF turns spreadsheets into portable PDF files. Upload XLS, XLSX or XLSM workbooks and download a PDF you can share, archive or print — useful for financial reports, invoices, data sheets and business presentations.
Formatting fidelity depends on the source workbook and LibreOffice Calc conversion. Macro-enabled XLSM files are converted without executing VBA macros. We do not claim perfect one-to-one visual recreation — the goal is a high-quality PDF that preserves sheets and formatting as closely as possible.

The converter preserves sheets and formatting as closely as possible, but complex charts, custom fonts or print settings may differ slightly from Microsoft Excel. Always review important PDFs before sharing.
Password-protected Excel files cannot be converted. Remove the password in Excel, then upload again.
By default, uploads are limited by TOOL_MAX_FILE_SIZE_MB (commonly 50MB). Administrators can raise or lower this limit.
Security & privacy

- Uploads and outputs live in private storage — never under public/static web paths.
- XLSM macros are never executed during conversion.
- Download links require a secret token bound to your job.
- Uploaded workbooks and generated PDFs are deleted automatically after a configurable retention period.
- Rate limiting and filename sanitization help reduce abuse and path-traversal risks.
